Using the Outlook mobile app to manage your domain email (e.g., [email protected]) is a professional and convenient way to stay connected. Outlook supports a wide range of email providers, and setting up a domain-based address is simple with the right settings.
Let’s walk through the process step-by-step.
Make sure the Microsoft Outlook app is installed on your phone. Open it to get started.

When you open the app, you'll either see the current inbox or a welcome screen. Tap on your profile icon or the menu (three horizontal lines) and select “Add Mail Account.”

Type in your domain email address (like [email protected]) and tap Continue. Outlook will try to identify the provider automatically.

Select IMAP as the account type.

You will likely see a screen asking you to input your password, display name and description e.g work.
If prompted, input your email's server details.
